INFRASTRUCTURE &
MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS
Precision Engineering for High-Quality Automotive Accessories
At Accurex, we are a specializedmanufacturer providing end-to-end solutions for plastic automotive parts. Wedon't just source components; we build them in-house to ensure OEM-qualitystandards for the global aftermarket.
Using advanced manufacturing technology and precision machinery, we transform raw materials into shelf-ready accessories. Our facility utilizes three core processing technologies to deliver products with a consistent fit, premium finish, and long-term durability.
Blow Molding: Durable
& Lightweight Hollow Parts
Strength for Functional Applications
Our blow molding technology is optimized for producing strong, weather-resistant hollow components.
How it works: Molten plastic is inflated like a balloon inside a mold. This creates a part that is incredibly strong and rigid but remains lightweight.
Key Products from Blow Molding:
- Roof Rails — Structurally robust, aerodynamically designed roof rail systems that add utility and style. Manufactured in black and chrome finishes to suit a wide range of models.
- Rear Spoilers — Precision-blown spoilers that enhance the sporty profile of hatchbacks and sedans. Engineered for perfect flush fitment on the boot lid.
- Side Footsteps / Running Boards — Heavy-duty side steps that offer both practicality and aesthetics, built to handle daily load-bearing use without warping or cracking.
- Diffuser Guards — Rear underbody and bumper diffuser guards that add a performance-inspired finish while protecting lower panels from road debris.
Injection Molding:
High-Accuracy Plastic Parts
The Foundation of Precision Manufacturing
Injection molding is our primary process for creating complex automotive accessories with exact dimensions.
How it works: Raw plastic is melted and injected into high-precision steel molds. Once cooled, the part is ejected with
a perfect shape and finish. This ensures that every batch of products we manufacture has zero variation in fitment.
Key Products from Injection Molding:
- Side Beadings — Precision-fit body side moldings that protect doors from dents and scratches while adding a distinguished chrome stripe
- Door Handle Covers — Chrome overlays engineered to fit each car model's door handle recess perfectly
- Chrome Garnishes — Decorative trims for grilles, pillars, and body panels that elevate the vehicle's exterior profile
- Window Garnishes — Sleek chrome surrounds that frame car windows with a polished, sophisticated look
Vacuum Forming & Extrusion: Large-Surface Precision
Advanced Protection and Uniformity
We use vacuum forming for large contoured parts that require consistent wall thickness and a premium surface appearance.
How it works: A plastic sheet is heated until soft, stretched over a mold, and then pulled into shape using vacuum suction. This is paired with our TPE extrusion units to create high-durability interior accessories.
Key Products from Vacuum Forming &
Extrusion:
- Life Long TPE Mats — Odor-free, custom-fit all-weather mats manufactured using in-house TPE sheets for a factory-fit finish.
- Large Body Parts & Bumper Guards — Uniformly thick components with glossy or matte finishes suitable for heavy-duty use.
Surface Treatment & Decorative Processes
Where Plastic Becomes Premium
Manufacturing the part is only half the story. What transforms a precision-molded plastic component into a showroom-worthy automotive accessory is what happens on its surface. At Accurex, we have built deep in-house expertise in decorative surface treatment processes — the specialized finishes that give our products their premium look, feel, and durability. This is not outsourced. This is not an afterthought. Surface treatment is a core competency at Accurex, and it is what separates our products from generic alternatives in the market.
Our Decorative Surface Treatment Capabilities
1. Chrome Plating
Chrome plating is the gold standard ofautomotive decorative finishing — and one of Accurex's core strengths. In thisprocess, injection-molded plastic parts go through a multi-stage electroplatingprocess where layers of copper, nickel, and chromium are deposited onto theplastic surface. The result is a brilliant, mirror-like metallic finish that isvisually indistinguishable from metal parts — but significantly lighter. Ourchrome-plated products are engineered to resist:
- Peeling and flaking
- Oxidation and tarnishing
- UV degradation from Indian sun
exposure - Moisture and humidity in coastal
and monsoon conditions - Every chrome-plated part undergoes
adhesion and finish quality checks before dispatch.
2. Painting
For accessories that require colour-matched or contrast finishes, Accurex operates an in-house painting process on plastic substrates. Whether it's a gloss black rear spoiler, a body-coloured door handle cover, or a dual-tone trim piece — our painting line delivers consistent, durable finishes across high volumes. Our painting process includes surface preparation, primer application, base coat, and protective top coat — ensuring the finish bonds properly to the plastic and withstands the wear of daily use.
In-House Tooling and Die Making Utilizing VMCs
Accurex operates seven advanced Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) dedicated to in-house tooling and die manufacturing. These machines enable precise mold and die development, giving us complete control over the manufacturing process. From prototyping to the production of complex tooling components, our VMC capabilities ensure exceptional accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
CNC Router Cutting
Accurex leverages advanced CNC router technology to deliver precise and intricate cutting across a wide range of materials. Ideal for signage, prototyping, and custom design applications, our CNC routing capabilities offer high accuracy, flexibility, and efficient turnaround.
