One factory. Every step. That's why it fits.
Most car accessory brands assemble and rebox parts made elsewhere. Accurex is a car accessories manufacturer in the full sense of the word: moulding, tooling, finishing and quality control happen on our own machines, run by our own people. Here's how a part earns the Accurex name.
1· Tooling & Die : where fitment is born. Seven vertical machining centres cut and maintain our moulds in-house. Each tool is developed on the actual car, so panel gaps and mounting points are engineered in from day one instead of adjusted at the counter. For you: first-time fitment and fewer returns.
2· Injection Moulding : precision at volume. Our primary process for side beadings, garnishes, handle covers and trim. Same material, same shot, zero variation from the first piece to the ten-thousandth. For you: every carton matches the sample you approved.
3· Blow Moulding : strength without weight. Hollow, weather-resistant parts: roof rails, spoilers, footsteps and bike protectors that take real-world knocks without cracking. For you: parts that survive Indian roads and rooftop luggage.
4 · Vacuum Forming & Extrusion : the large and the flexible. TPE car mats and large contoured parts, formed to the exact floorpan and body lines of each model. For you: coverage that looks factory-fitted.
5· Surface Treatment : the finish that lasts. Chrome plating is the first thing a customer sees and the first thing a cheap part loses. Ours happens in-house, engineered against peeling, oxidation, UV and moisture. Painted parts like spoilers run through our conveyorised paint shop and leave the plant in the car's exact factory shade; we hold the OEM colour codes for every model we make. For you: showroom shine that's still there at resale time.
Quality note : Every batch passes fitment and finish inspection before dispatch, and our paint and fitment carry a lifetime guarantee.
